Plant details: Yellow and red flowers, medium sized bush.

To harvest edible portion: Remove flower petals

To harvest dye portion: Remove entire flower head. Can be used fresh, pressed and dried, or dried

To harvest seeds: Allow to mature on the plant, allow the flower to die on the stem. When the flower has lost its petals and is beige and appears fluffy, seeds are ready for harvest. For added protection, cover flower heads with mesh bag, to keep the seeds from falling before you harvest them. You can put the bags on whenever you want, once the flowers have bloomed.

Viable seed color: Beige (you can see a black seed inside the beige portion)
