Broccoli Pesto

1 cup broccoli flowers OR steamed broccoli florets

1 cup fresh basil leaves

3 cloves garlic

1/2 cup olive oil

salt to taste

*optional pine nuts and/ or cheese as desired

Instructions: Put everything into the blender, blend until smooth. Use on pasta, fish, poultry, or however you like pesto.
