Grapefruit Hibiscus Punch

Ingredients

Juice of 2 grapefruits

Handful dried hibiscus, rinsed

2- 4 tablespoons spearmint

Agave nectar to taste

Instructions:

  1. Combine hibiscus flowers and spearmint in a small pot, cover with water. Bring to boil. Cover and turn off heat. Allow to steep for at least 20 minutes, up to several hours.

  2. Pour grapefruit juie into a pitcher or jar. Strain liquid from hibiscus decoction.

  3. Fill with water, pouring over the hibiscus to continue to release the hibiscus decoction from the flowers. (The water will begin to go more clear.)

  4. Add agave to taste. Put on ice and enjoy!
